We’re doing a pop-up plant based dinner on Friday Dec. 6 starting at 7pm, a 6-course fine dining menu for $50 per person (plus 15% gratuity).
We are always asking our students to challenge themselves and flex their creative muscle. So building on the creativity shown in their Food Truck midterm, the students will be stepping it up with a 6-course fully plant-based menu. The evening will feature the following ingredients.
Kohlrabi
Wild Mushrooms
Burdock
Tomatillos
Quinoa
Farro
Beluga Lentils
Freekeh
Flight of three 3-oz wines, add $20 (plus 15% gratuity). (add on below)
