One of the most common questions Lena receives is whether Northwest is available to cater private and corporate events. We’ve heard you, and we’re excited to announce the launch of Northwest Catering.
All of our instructors have extensive catering experience, and by leveraging their expertise, our talented professional one-year students will work with you to create custom menus that offer a unique, sustainable, and delicious experience for your guests.
From multi-course fine dining to canapés, hors d’oeuvres, weddings, celebratory occasions, and large corporate events, our goal is to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients while providing invaluable hands-on learning for our students, far beyond the classroom.
Northwest Catering services are available from May 1st to August 30th.

Lunch/Dinner
Minimum 50 guests
3 course buffet style/family style menu - minimum $75 per person (includes onsite service fee)
Add passed canapes - $7.50-$10 per guest (two - three canapés per person)
Add $15 - $25 per guest for additional courses (vegetarian course versus protein based course)
3 Course Fine Dining plated - $90 per guest (includes onsite service fee)
Add $20 - $30 per guest for additional courses (vegetarian course versus protein based course)
Add passed canapes - $7.50 - $10 per guest (two - three canapés per person)
3 course drop off buffet style menu - $40 - 50 per person (reheating instructions will be included)
Add passed canapes - $4 - 7 per guest (two - three canapes per person)
Add $15 - 20 per guest for additional courses
Food Stations
Minimum 25 guests
Sandwiches, Salads, Bowls and Wraps Corporate Functions
3 stations minimum $25 - $45 (includes onsite service fee)
$25 - $40 per guest
$25 drop-off fee within city of Vancouver (additional charges beyond that)
