We’re doing a pop-up dinner on Monday Dec. 2 starting at 7pm, a 5-course fine dining menu for $50 per person (plus 15% gratuity).

The Menu

  • Consomme with Scallop Quenelle

  • Squash Tortellini

  • Wok-smoked Steelhead with Gomae, Ginger, Lemongrass Tomato Broth

  • Tenderloin with Sauce Dianne, served with Potato Pavé

  • Sicilian Cannolli with Candied Pumpkin

The menu uses the best dishes from our curriculum to give our students not only the practice to perfect their skills, but a chance to perform and learn the logistics of a pop-up experience, thus supporting their development…and watch the students execute your meal.

Flight of three 3-oz wines, add $20 (plus 15% gratuity). (add on below)
