We’re doing a pop-up dinner on Monday March 31 starting at 7pm, a 5-course fine dining menu for $59 per person plus 15% gratuities.

Consomme with Scallop Quenelle
Squash Tortellini
Wok-smoked Steelhead with Gomae, Ginger, Lemongrass Tomato Broth
Tenderloin with Sauce Dianne, served with Potato Pavé
Sicilian Cannolli with Candied Pumpkin
The menu uses the best dishes from our curriculum to give our students not only the practice to perfect their skills, but a chance to perform and learn the logistics of a pop-up experience, thus supporting their development…and watch the students execute your meal.
Flight of three 3-oz wines, add $20 (plus 15% gratuity). (add on below)
