Learn to make sushi and gyoza in this hands-on class! You’ll practice essential techniques like preparing sushi rice, rolling sushi, and folding and pan frying gyoza. We’ll be making California rolls and Dynamite rolls, two popular favorites, along with crispy, pan-fried gyoza.
