You’ll learn essential techniques like kneading, shaping, and proofing while being introduced to a variety of breads, from rustic sourdough and hearty whole wheat to fluffy brioche and crispy ciabatta. All tuitions include curriculum binder, textbook, apron, 3 towels, Northwest textbook
