These are just a few of the most eclectic streets in Vancouver. Gone are the days where the most influential chefs are exclusively working in the downtown core or on the West Side. And now there’s a book to prove it.
Transplanted Melbourne resident, photographer and book author Brad Hill has made it his mission to expose everyone to the great restaurants, markets and water holes in the city. He started in 2015 by publishing the North Shore Foodie book. He has continued in 2016 with the East Van Foodie.
We are very proud to have four of our recipes included in the East Van Foodie book along with over 100 recipes from more than 47 establishments. If you’re interested in purchasing the book they will be available at the school beginning November 19th. They are $44.95 with current and past students receiving a 10% discount.
