Stacy Cherewyk
Pastry Instructor,
Co-owner

Pastry Instructor, co-owner. Perhaps the gentlest voice at Northwest. But don’t let that fool you. Stacy is highly disciplined and works tirelessly after class with students or by herself on new ideas. Went to school to pursue her childhood passion in pastry after a career shift, honed her craft at Sutton Place Hotel for 10 years. She was brought on board on chef Warren’s recommendation based on two essential qualities: patience and diligence, the two most necessary skills required in learning the creative and technical challenges in the pastry kitchen. A leader by example, not insistence. Knows how to instill trust, when to encourage risks, give very honest feedback, and carefully explain any short-comings. The kind of person you feel good about starting your working/learning day with.
